		<description><![CDATA[I haaaaaate companies that outsource their customer service...is it really too much to ask when you live in an English-speaking country and have your cel phone through a Canadian provider, that the person you are forced to deal with when your phone has a brain-fart speaks english??? That&#039;s one of the reasons I switched cel companies several years ago...that, and Telus (who I consider a mortal enemy because of their horrendous customer service which was due to having a Canadian monopoly on phone service for so long.) are staffed by incompetent morons. I got my cel at Futureshop and not a cel provider store, so now if anything goes wrong, I bring it there and get them to deal with it.]]></description>
